Disappointing. After 2+ hours of research and changing my PCP (my doctor retired) with BCBS, I got my new PCP assigned with BCBS. I immediately got on Dr Stephanie Berg’s website and downloaded and completed all the new patients paperwork. I was told by BCBS to wait 24 hrs to book an appointment. I was given a reference number that I needed to provide when booking, as I changed my PCP. My family loves Dr Berg. We wouldn’t go to any other doctor. When we change insurance we always make sure she’s on the new insurance. Dr Berg has a new medical assistant, Lady, who is such a joy to work with. Dr Berg and her MA always come in smiling and happy. I love how she greets me with my name every time I come in.
