I had a very good experience with Dr. Barata-Kirby. She was friendly and professional. She took time to connect with me as a new patient
Drove two hours to get to this appointment, just to find out they completely changed locations and couldn’t be bothered to let their patients know. Then when I’m inevitable late for my appointment, they can’t get me in and want me to reschedule. No I’m not doing another four hour round trip again to ask two simple questions. Finding a new doctor today.
Hello! One of the nurses there was fun and made me feel positive and at ease with the experience. Dr. Barata-Kirby is probably very good at what she does, but I would be better suited with a different doctor. My reasoning behind this is that she is very straight to the point. She came in, got what she needed to do done, and quickly left. There was a lack of breathing room to ask questions or voice concerns. There was not room given to get to know me personally.
