Dr. Kopey is attentive in care. She explains all procedures and takes time to answer questions. I don't feel rushed in my visit. She also offers alternative treatments which gives an active role and more choices in your care.
I love the well care here. I gets much respect, it beats going to the ER. I make sure I see my Dr. @every appoitment cause there is no better care than Mercy Health. Thank you all for all your love and support of my care and well being.❤❤❤❤
Dr. Kopey and her staff were very nice. They listened to what I had to say and we came up with a plan to try to get my headaches under control. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Doctor and her team work well together. Always at ease at my appointment
Spent too much time in the examining room waiting for the doctor. 10-15 minutes may be acceptable but 35 minutes was annoying and uncomfortable.
