I just moved to this area and was given Dr Izzi as my primary care DR. I went to his office for my 1st check up and was shock that he dose thing a lot different then my old Dr. No appointments 1st come 1st serverd. went from one waiting room to another waiting room and then I heard my name called from one of the rooms in the hall way And it was Dr Izzi in the room . Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me
