All I can say is that Steph was AMAZING!!! She guided me through every step of the process. It was the least stressful buying experience that I’ve ever had!! I felt she truly represented my best interest! She had wonderful referrals for different things, Locksmith, Painter, carpet people, Decorator, basically anything I needed!. I highly recommend Steph for buying or selling your property!!
Is there an option for 11 stars? Steph saved us about $1200 the day before closing by catching an error the title company made (and we still closed on time)! She was communicating with us even while on vacation. Steph was organized, experienced, and negotiated the crap out of our deal. She also showered us with welcome gifts after closing, which came in clutch because everything we owned was still in boxes. Lastly, she's just cool.
