I arrived six hours early and was put in a rack immediately. I was allowed to stay in my truck and got a nap in while being unloaded. It took about 4 hours to get unloaded and the operator knocked on my door when he was finished. I couldn't be happier with the staff and how I was treated.
The shipper changed my load from a live unload to a drop and hook due to storage tanks not having enough room. That was the good part the bad was the long wait for the lab to clear the delivery. A side note there's a dirt lot across the road infront of the building were you can park.
