I had gone to them two years in a row and against by better judgement, went again this year. Worst experience ever. I dropped my paperwork off 3/10/17. I didn't hear anything so I called 3/20/17. The girl says we called you (lies) to tell you that you needed a pin#. So I go back and forth with them and the IRS for 2 weeks. I'm leaving messages, no response. She finally returns my call 4/19/17 saying they will mail it but I had to pay $500 up front. I told her I wasn't paying that amount and once I received my refund I'll pay... read more
