Step Up Home Improvement did an outstanding job on our LVP installation. Their crew were extremely friendly and accommodating with great attention to detail. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
Step-up was an excellent choice to work with and their GC Matt was excellent. Note, we did this project out state and Matt's communication was impeccable. The did our Kitchen/Flooring in great time, and did a beautiful job. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude, telling me that I dont have the money for my project. How he would know is beyond me. He asked for my address and the tone changed shortly after that. I would not recommend this company. Extremely disrespectful.. so I have Another company doing my project.
