Step up fitness Dalby- Jazzercise- is awesome. I started 8 months ago at age 70. My family laughed at me, but they are not now. I had 2 left feet, could not follow the beat, didn't have a clue. Now I can understand a bit more. Linda's coaching and attention to posture detail is very helpful. I can now walk faster and longer and am slowly increasing muscle bulk - which is a problem for over 60 years old. Also it is fun.
Linda has been wonderful for my daughter’s gymnastics. You can see the dedication she puts into helping children progress and develop good technique. She is very welcoming and accommodating, and has helped build my daughter’s confidence so much. Highly recommend!

I really love my yoga classes with Linda she adapts her lessons to the capabilities of her students. Linda has so much skill and talent in many areas. I would recommend her yoga classes .Linda has a lovely designed room for yoga with music you can really relax with.. I am feeling so good afterwards.
