I placed an order on 10/25, and the items weren’t fully available until 11/24. The site states a 12–15 business day turnaround, so on the 12th day I reached out to check the status. Wasted multiple days of time for response from Troy. Had to follow up multiple times and prompt for him to finalize my quote and order. He kept telling me he’d get back to me and never did. I told him I was on a time crunch Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and he just never got back to me and got it done. To his credit he was more responsive towards the beginning of the week, but he completely left me hanging in the lurch and now I don’t have anything for the weekend.
