We have had a great experience at Step-thru care. Robyn has been lovely and given great advice.
Not recommended to anyone who seeks mental health support, long months to get back to me and once I met a support worker, she hasn't follow up my concerns or answers my hundred calls
I saw a woman named Bek. I had several appointments with her. She told me she has passed on my information to someone called Vernon. She did not do any of this. She has now left. All my sessions have been a waste of time thanks for nothing.
