I went in after foot surgery, hoping to reduce swelling. The podiatrist had me do simple cleanings for two sessions, promising improvement. But in the third session, he suddenly said I needed a whole new surgery — it felt like it was just about taking my money, not helping me. Very unprofessional and misleading. Be careful if you plan to go here.
I cannot recommend this practice any higher. Pierre was incredibly helpful and very skilled, he was easy to get along with and made the surgery and treatment very easy to go through. very professional, skilled, understanding and easy to get along with.
I visited the Step Relief Clinic today and saw Pierre. The reception area was neat and tidy, and Pierre was incredibly friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed my condition based on my symptoms and assessments, then took the time to explain the underlying causes and treatment options in detail. I went to see pier from step relief with my partner tonight and I must say his knowledge and work is exceptional. He was able to assist with immediate relief straight away. If you want a reliable podiatrist I would recommend this place.
