Rae and Sam are both wonderful. They're great listeners and incredible masseuses. I generally like massages, but they're not always my favorite, and I'm sensitive to providers who are brusque or try to tell me what I should like. Sam and Rae are responsive and do a great job balancing what I want with what would benefit my body, while always making sure to honor my choice. I always leave feeling so great!

My surgeon highly recommended lymphatic drainage massages, 2 days postop, twice a week for a minimum of 3 weeks and then once a week for 2 to 3 months. I knew 2 days postop I would be in no condition to drive nor get in and out of a car, even if my husband drove me. I reached out to Step Out of Time via text to see if by chance they did home visits. Great experience, will definitely be back. I have received excellent work from both Sam and Rae and I haven't left unimpressed. They care for their work, which is not only the work what I need, but also find and fix the aches and pains I didn't know I had.
