I have been eating the Step One bars for around a year. My cholesterol risk ratio went from 5.7 to 2.5, total cholesterol from 258 to 170-200 and my triglycerides are also within normal range now. I attribute this change to eating 2 bars a day but sometimes I only have one bar a day and my cholesterol still hasn't gone over 200.
