The blue berry oat meal was notable tasting! Sorry I was really hoping this would be an added healthy food for me. Very disappointed. One star but didn’t want to give it even that.
I have had an issue with High cholesterol for years. I can not take statins so needed something to help. After reading the reviews I have their sampler kit a try. First thing I noticed is that the snack bars though small curb my appetite. I have lost a few pounds this last month and have gained energy and have been able to sleep better.
