I took my son when he was three and speaking at a one year old level. Now he's four and has progressed to sentences, speaking more clearly, verbalising his needs, and his behaviors have improved. Each therapist who has worked with my son has been kind and understanding. They work with my schedule, and are quick to let me know if there are any problems.
Phenomenal, experienced, caring professionals with heart, an amazing skillset that provide opportunity where there is challenge. Thank you!
Unprofessional environment... Careless staff... Never return phone calls.... All-round unprofessional behavior..... Honestly don't understand how this place is open still.... Save the headache and go elsewhere!!!!!
For the last month, we have been working with Ammie. I can already see a difference in the way my son communicates. I feel like he wanted to speak this whole time but Step By step gave him the words to use. Not only do they work with our son, but they involve us in the process so that we may learn as well. I am pleased with the way things are going and look forward to better improving our sons communication skills.
