Charlie and his crew are hard working guys! They completed a huge project for us, and from day one of the consultation I knew Charlie was going to get the job done. He came with ideas, knowledge, and a great attitude. They showed up when they said they were going to be here and worked hard. Charlie helped us bring our vision to life and I highly recommend Step By Step Outdoor Living.
Charlie is a top notch professional and gets the job done. His crew was very professional and cleaned up after job. Very talented and creative. He helped us out a lot visualizing our new outdoor space for our two Goldens. Would highly recommend.
Charlie and his team were very knowledgeable and gave clear suggestions throughout our project that helped us learn what would look best. They were very accommodating with our requests and transparent about questions we had throughout the project. Would definitely work with them again.
A year ago we contracted with Step by Step to improve our backyard and they were fast, efficient, and thorough. The space is truly an outside addition to our modest space and it still looks great a almost a year after installation. Thank you Charlie and company!
Charlie did a great job on our walkway and retaining wall. We also did quite a bit of grading and sod. They were quick, efficient, respectful, and communicative. Great experience!
