What really sets Step by Step Counseling apart is the wide range of resources they offer—not just therapy, but also tools, education, and support for parents and families. It’s clear they care deeply about the whole child and their community. I can enthusiastically recommend their services.
This place is an absolute joke. First their communication is terrible. You call the place and they never answer. Once you call they respond back to you through text and you have to ask for someone to call you. Then they send you a link to fill out paperwork and it’s not the most user friendly site. I explained the situation and what I needed and they told me it was no problem.
