I love it at step by step been with them a long time everyone of the employees knows meand have gotten to know my kids I have came along ways with my recovery I relapsed and they helped me pick myself back up again this time I was able to find me find out who I am I love my JJ and her daughter
I hope they be open today and that I have a appointment TODAY AT 2.00 PM and am still withing for my ride and yes I sheer did call them 2 time with this place and dose any body have a number I can get who works here ?
I love step by step, Skylar the woman who helps you with appointments, helps you with getting you medicine and over all just has made the facility such a dream to walk into every appointment. They actually care for your well being, they talk to you and make you not feel alone. Skylar is doing so many different things and ways to make this facility a better, cleaner and safe environment and she has done just that. She is resilient, and she has a way with people. She truly cares.
Not my experience but my Son's when he was discharged from the program for non compliance he wasn't given any referrals or mental meds when I spoke with one of the associates she lied and said that he hadn't been receiving meds for months which we have medicine bottles dated 1/3/22. and dated 12/3/21 not happy my Son sat in front of me and called them and ask could they recommend him to another program and the person known to us as Shyler told him no
