Can someone direct me to where the old receptionist went this place has been a mess I never get calls or check up anymore she would call me every week to see if I need a medication appointment now nobody calls me the Winston office is going downhill with the new crew of people old crew checked on me more than my actual worker I called to get discharged but no answer SUCKS!!!!!
This place is horrible. I was referred to them for services in 2023, they opened the case then closed it because they SAID I didnt have a reliable phone number and "they couldn't reach me". i later founs they never called me. My phone number also hasn't been off and has been the same since 2021. Then they reopened the case in 2024 stating I was never a client. Step By Step's Winston Salem NC location is the best facility I have attended. Ms. Olivia has the sweetest voice. I can be in a lagging mood and to hear her greeting in the morning makes all the difference. She will call to check on me and make sure I'm okay! LOVE HER 👍🏽💜!! Ms. Bri has ears like a fox. I love it at step by step been with them a long time everyone of the employees knows meand have gotten to know my kids I have came along ways with my recovery I relapsed and they helped me pick myself back up again this time I was able to find me find out who I am I love my JJ and her daughter
