Stair & Rail did an outstanding job installing our new stairs and stainless steel balcony rails. The communication was excellent from start to finish, from the initial estimate all the way through product delivery and installation. They didn't just find the right product; they were able to fabricate custom features to give us the exact specialized look we wanted. I highly recommend them for their craftsmanship and professionalism.
This company is excellent in their work ethics, and on site fabrication. Did exactly as quoted on the custom Stainless Steel Stair hand rails, delivery was on time, and cleaned work area after completing. Wish all contractors would be this easy to work with on a remodel. I highly recommend this company.
Step and rail are definitely who you want to use on your stairs project. Eric and his team did such phenomenal job. From day 1 his team was very professional. They did a beautiful job on our stair rails. They were prompt, professional and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend them.
We had a complicated staircase renovation project and were apprehensive about taking it on but Eric spent a good amount of time thinking through the engineering and design so we would be satisfied and we got exactly what we wanted! The team was very gracious and accommodated any changes or tweaks I had til the every end with a great attitude. Highly recommend!
