Step and rail are definitely who you want to use on your stairs project. Eric and his team did such phenomenal job. From day 1 his team was very professional. The finished product absolutely amazed me. I don’t normally write reviews, but for step and rail, I had to. If you have a project, new construction or just a new look for your existing stairs…. They did a beautiful job on our stair rails. They were prompt, professional and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend them.
We had a complicated staircase renovation project and were apprehensive about taking it on but Eric spent a good amount of time thinking through the engineering and design so we would be satisfied and we got exactly what we wanted! The team was very gracious and accommodated any changes or tweaks I had til the every end with a great attitude. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. We used them on a remodel and couldn’t be happier. From initial meeting, design, details and finish I knew we were in experienced hands. After we moved back in there was one nit-picky creaking issue I had and it was addressed and solved the same day. It’s really comforting to know you’ve got a super secure stairway.
