Step ahead has been a great place that has done well to get me ahead. After tearing my Achilles, I have been able to see results and progress. This is what everyone should look for in the rehabilitation experience. The care and instruction has allowed me to see good results. I am beyond satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone. They also have access to the gym where you can rehab to the Highest degree. Great care. Great service, great results.
I just completed a course of treatment with Megan at Step Ahead. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. My lower back pain is so much better and now I know what to do at home to keep on improving. A big thank you to Megan and Step Ahead! FYI, Step Ahead shares their space with the chiropractor's office at the front of the building. They are not located in the back by the gym, as I thought when I came for my first appointment.
