Sam replaced a roof on my cottage and did an exceptional, meticulous and high quality job. His price was competitive and tied with the other company we talked to. He replaced a quarter of a shingle roof quickly. For our Neighbor doing a full re roof, he also really understood a structural issue and how to do a metal roof properly with full tear off, underlayment, flashing etc. Most metal roofers don’t assume they will tear off and repair underlying wood - and he’s does. I hired Sam to do my roof last year, he did an amazing job so I recently hired him again for a smaller job. Sam works extremely hard and does it at a fair price. His work exceeded my expectations both times. If you need a new roof Sam is your guy.

Great service. Called for a quick repair at a leaking chimney, and Sam was out that afternoon, up on the roof, and had it patched in two hours. Then hired him to redo the roof on a garage, and showed up every single morning and worked endlessly until it was done. Uses quality materials, and advises the customer what materials he will be using.
