This guy is a poor excuse for a lawyer and decent human being.    He intentionally misrepresented my interests in an appeal case and refused to revoke it when I discovered what he did.   I fought with him for 3 month to revoke the appeal and fix the final orders that were screwed up so badly that one might as well of had a 5th grader write them in crayon.   He consistently allowed the apposing party to continue to argue things they lost in previous cases allowing and fostering an abuse of process which opposing counsel could... read more

Gary Stenzel said my wife is suing every attorney involved in her case. Gary should name one attorney Teresa has sued as of this date. 10/29/23. Gary is probably talking about the judicial fraud by his office in signing paperwork saying we agreed to give our child away when in fat he walked into court saying we loved our child in the first place and then moved the court date until I was under anesthesia to sign our child away. 1. First, Ms. Simon. She is suing everyone that has worked on her case. She replaced me with another attorney just before trial and did not allow me the opportunity to address the trial court. She has issues with all attorneys. I had a lot of credibility evidence to use at trial which may have helped her but she could not use that because of the withdrawal.
