I was introduced to Stennet and Casino Law Firm through the San Diego Bar Association. I had never needed an attorney before, so I did not know what to expect. After a failed surgery left me disabled my private LTD insurance cancelled me. I needed someone to explain how I could contest this. Barbara Casino took so much time with me from the very first call, explaining the process and what they could do to help. I do not know what I would have done without them. Stennett and Casino took my case to appeal CIGNA’s decision to terminate my long term disability insurance. My disability is due to stage IV cancer and the side effects of the treatments and drugs. I look healthier than I am, which was part of the problem. And, my oncologists medical records were a mess.
