Great customer service over the phone and received my new pump in a timely manner!
The Stenner Pump for the hydrogen peroxide injection into my well water began back flowing water into my hydrogen peroxide tank. Unsure of what the issue was I called Stenner for help. Randy and Rosevelt not only pulled the part numbers for me (duckbill check valve and pump tube), gave me info for local supply houses, but also FaceTimed me as I installed them to answer any questions and give me tips and advice along the way. This company and these pumps are amazing. I was sick of using chlorine tabs for my pool, so I purchased a Stenner pump with timer and a tank. Very easy to set up and use, and I never have to touch anything. Steve Roberts was a huge help. Thanks!
I have a 27 year old Stenner pump that is used to deliver a no-rust solution in my American Hydro System irrigation tank. I have never replaced the hose that is recommended to be replaced each year. The pump started leaking this year. I thought I would need a new pump, but customer service assured me all I need was a new hose. They answered the phone and took the time to solve the problem. Sort of a rare (but pleasant) experience. Thumbs up.
Mike was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through each step needed to help me to replace the part in my Stenner pump. Every time I have needed technical support, I have found this company to be very helpful!!!!
