Called for info regarding a Stenner residential chlorinator pump. I left a message for a call back. Dena called me back within 5 mins. I had many of questions. She was very patient and and explained to me everything I asked. She took her time and was very polite. Outstanding customer relation. I purchased, the pump with confidence. Dena was outstanding! Thanks again.

We have installed Stenner pumps at our commercial pools and spas for 15 years now. The pumps provide the chemicals for the pools and spas, and the service team at Stenner Pump Company provides the knowledge and support to maintain and repair the pumps. We wouldn't trust any other product!

I recently noticed my Stenner Pump making a strange noise so I called the company for technical support. A gentleman by the name of Roosevelt answered the phone and could not have been nicer. He literally Called me back on FaceTime with a technician at his side to help diagnose the issue with my pump. After a quick diagnosis, Roosevelt then put together a parts package for me and suggested the companies that distribute for them. I chose Grainger I’m glad I did. The parts were here in two days. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received today. It was top-notch customer care, Dena went above and beyond to get my issue resolved she did absolutely fantastic. It is great to see there are still people out there that care that much about their customers.
