This company and these pumps are amazing. I was sick of using chlorine tabs for my pool, so I purchased a Stenner pump with timer and a tank. Very easy to set up and use, and I never have to touch anything. Steve Roberts was a huge help. Thanks!

I have a 27 year old Stenner pump that is used to deliver a no-rust solution in my American Hydro System irrigation tank. I have never replaced the hose that is recommended to be replaced each year. The pump started leaking this year. I thought I would need a new pump, but customer service assured me all I need was a new hose. They answered the phone and took the time to solve the problem. Sort of a rare (but pleasant) experience. Thumbs up.

Mike was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through each step needed to help me to replace the part in my Stenner pump. Every time I have needed technical support, I have found this company to be very helpful!!!!

Called for info regarding a Stenner residential chlorinator pump. I left a message for a call back. Dena called me back within 5 mins. I had many of questions. She was very patient and and explained to me everything I asked. She took her time and was very polite. Outstanding customer relation. I purchased, the pump with confidence. Dena was outstanding!
