I needed help to load a new pump tube to get ready for an inspection the next morning. It was after 7:30 Florida time when I called the phone number for Stenner Pump printed on the pump. I was pleasantly shocked when Michael answered immediately. He quickly understood and answered my question. He sent me a video showing me how to load the pump tube. Amazing factory technical help!

1st class customer service!! Had to trouble shoot an older system & Michael Kinney was able to stay in the phone with me and trouble shoot for over an hour!!! Very professional and highly recommend!!!
