Being in the water industry for over 30 years, I learned that the products out there available for use are all really comparable to how well they perform, and you really can't go wrong with your choice of purchase there are some great products out there. In the end of December, I brought in a pump to be fixed. After an entire week, I still hadn't received an estimate, and only got one after I reached out. I declined the repair, as their estimate was so high I could've simply bought a new pump instead. I drove to pick it back up, but they still had not put it back together. They told me that if I wanted them to reassemble the pump, I would have to pay 25 dollars and they would do so in a couple days. A week later, I still didn't hear anything from them. Been servicing hundreds of these a year. Pump reliability is fairly good. Injectors specifically are total junk. Splitting in houses. Resulting in flooded basements. Leaking put of the package. Constant liability and service nightmare. The pumps do the job but be prepared for anxiety and spontaneous failure on some components.
