I have never had any problems with this surgery, and I am always pleased with the care I receive. Today was no exception. But Dr. Strickland-Palmer went above and beyond today. She made me feel listened to and reassured about something I was very worried about. She has left me feeling very positive. :)
U know what the reciponists can be abit ratty but I think I would be if I had to deal with everyone good doctors.my partner had a appointment with docter Carey the doctor was brilliant.
Normally I cannot fault the care my daughter has received however recent experiences with one of the GPs has been terrible. When the advice we have been given is to leave my 3 year old with an infection because the medicine she needs is expensive - you know that the NHS is well and truly broken.
Only been with the practice for a few months, however their care is second to none. Always manage to get an appointment for myself or my children. Dr Carey you are a wonderful asset to Stenhouse. - you go the extra mile to explain things thoroughly.
