In 1998, while visiting some friends in western Washington state, Cal met with other business contacts and was offered a chance to work with them in pressing flax seed. Cal accepted the opportunity and moved his family to the North West corner of the US. While working with flax and other seeds, Cal learned a great deal about the pressing operations. I’ve had a lot of flax seed oil and I think that this is the best! It is high is Omega 3 fatty acids, it’s from the upper Midwest, it’s used in salad dressing, pet food, animal feed, and all sorts of other things. The possibilities are endless!!
