I was fortunate enough to have hired Ms. Bailey to represent and defend me in a complex family law case. It is important to note that I live in another state and the outcome of the case in IL would ultimately impact my family law case where I reside as it relates to jurisdiction (where the case will be heard) for child custody and divorce. There is no one else I would want in court with me other than Kathleen Bailey. High integrity, so smart, and incredibly knowledgeable about the law.
Had a hard time contacting or talking to her , never called back , VERY impersonal, I hired her ( Kathleen) because I needed someone professional to help me as I don't know the process and the laws and explain things involved with my divorce, but she acted like I should know these things and wasn't good at answering my questions . I felt she didn't like me and she let it effect my case which I feel isn't very professional.
