If you’re looking for talented hair stylists, Stendhal is 10000% where you should go! Not only is the space STUNNING (think coffee shop meets art studio), but the staff is both knowledgeable and super friendly (not to mention, they make a mean cappuccino). Couldn’t and wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your hair needs. Shannon, Nick and their wonderful staff are beyond talented and the best in the biz! They have designed the most beautiful salon with relaxing spa/art museum vibes, creating such a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in the doors. Stendhal is the best salon in Ottawa.
I've had a great haircut experience here in the past. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I had an appointment booked for 6 pm with Alisha and made the 55-minute trip to Barrhaven, only to find the salon closed. I did not receive a phone call or email beforehand, and left a voicemail with my phone number informing them of the situation that evening. Stendhal is elegant, chic and such a beautiful salon. The staff are all so welcoming, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Shannon and nick are a dynamic duo that are true artists through and through. I have extremely thick, curly hair and they master it every time! Can’t thank you and your team enough for all you do and I always look forward to my next appointment
