I had my first appointment today with Nick after looking for a long time for a hair salon in Ottawa and let me say I was not disappointed at all. My hair came out looking exactly like what I had asked for and my vision came to life! Customer service was amazing as well and I had such a great chat & experience. Honestly quite disappointed with my experience. I went in asking for a simple haircut- long layers and face framing. I left with an uneven cut and very chunky layers that don’t blend in nicely with the rest of my hair. I paid a lot for this haircut and am quite sad about it. I haven’t been leaving my hair down either because I really don’t like it and it’s nothing like what I wanted.
As a professional in the industry I was absolutely blown away by nicks tallent, persision and professionals. Hands down one of the best haircuts ive ever gotten!
