Unprofessional, terrible quality, poor communication, countless mistakes. Your project will never be a priority. Zam/Stenco is a terrible contractor and a clients worst nightmare. Our three week project to rebuild a shed took 5 months to complete. After making good progress over 2 weeks, he spread out the rest of the project for 4 months.
