Ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day. The flowers didn’t arrive til 7:20pm which was quite disappointing as I was expecting them to be dropped off by latest noon. Not to mention, the wrapping on the flowers was very underwhelming. Can definitely find better arranged flowers at a grocery store for half the price. This is only not a 1-star because they managed to deliver the flowers on the right day.
I personally wouldn’t give them a rating at all. Not only they lost my wedding bouquet, I spent 8 months trying to call them to find out what had happened. After they received a full payment, there was no communication whatsoever. Losing something so sentimental is irreplaceable! Absolute joke of a service!
My husband ordered flowers for his mother’s birthday, she was home all day on the delivery day (10/10/24) but didn’t receive them. We emailed the company and they replied the courier had the correct address. We emailed again and they replied the flowers were handed to someone on the property. She was home alone so not sure how this could be true so emailed them again and have been ignored since - guess we’ve lost our money. Would give no stars if I could.
