My wonderful daughter bought me flowers and delivered them to me last Thursday afternoon. Yesterday they were already half dead. Today they look even worse so I stopped over to the shop and they are not open till Monday at 9. I think I'll be going there with the dead flowers and voicing my disappointed personally. It's a shame someone spends their hard earned money on their Mom and they didn't last but a day. Walmart has way better flowers.
Wish I had read their reviews first before ordering. The most recent one was also a one star which is what I'm giving them. I ordered a sympathy plant, well over $100 for my mother to her friend. I called on Friday, spoke to a Ashley who confirmed it was delivered. My mom called me on Saturday all upset because she went over to her friends house and it wasn't delivered. I called back to the florist today to ask about this and this time spoke to Gracie. She verified that it wasn't delivered and said she could deliver it today... read more
We called and sent flowers to a funeral. We paid 92.63 for one flower and a green stick. That was not all, they forgot 2 of the families name on the card. We felt terrible.
The bouquet I ordered online vs what was delivered….honestly I am quite disappointed. Customer service was nice.
