Stems (actual Ballarat florist) excelled itself and quickly delivered the most glorious bouquet of Australian native flowers!! In addition, they sent a photo text of the bouquet to us to verify that it had been delivered to our friend. 5+ Stars 🌟
Hesitated writing this for a month because I have never sought a business to review and definitely never attempted to do so negatively - but after I heard of a similar encounter from someone this past week I am going to. Great choice of flowers.
Went to pick up the bunch of flowers I ordered a week ago only to be told they weren’t there. I was made a bunch to replace it but it didn’t have wat I ordered in it. I ordered a week early so I could get the correct coloured roses I wanted and specifically asked if it would be ready as I was picking them up and my way home from work to surprise my wife on our anniversary.
