Hire better drivers!!! Not sure how great it is for rep when your company van drivers don’t indicate and cut people off when they can’t follow directions and end up in the wrong lane
As a customer of Stems for the past 15 years, I am extremely disappointed in not only the quality of flowers we’ve received but also the ‘customer service’ The first image is of the example off their website of what we ordered and second is what we received (which we had sent to our daughter as a surprise) and so was quite embarrassing. Staff were great and helpful. Long time since I've bought flowers. Hence the 4 not 5 star. They are expensive. But lovely.
