Staff were great and helpful. Long time since I've bought flowers. Hence the 4 not 5 star. They are expensive. But lovely.
Stems (actual Ballarat florist) excelled itself and quickly delivered the most glorious bouquet of Australian native flowers!! In addition, they sent a photo text of the bouquet to us to verify that it had been delivered to our friend. 5+ Stars 🌟
Hesitated writing this for a month because I have never sought a business to review and definitely never attempted to do so negatively - but after I heard of a similar encounter from someone this past week I am going to. Came into Stems to purchase a few different bunches and staff were eager to help - but one member made the experience negative.
