Wouldn’t recommend, he claims he could win my case but lost because he didn’t “have time” to properly work on it, very disappointing.
I handed this guy the keys to the kingdom in my case, but he let the Defense talk him into a different narrative. Didn't fight for my rights as an injured party at all. Worst experience I've ever had.
People will tell you one thing and do another. You can't speak to a lawyer apparently. They schedule a intake for you if your back and than you never hear back from them. I know these reviews were left by friends and family. Procrastination seems to be the normal with lawyers here in Michigan. Don't be fooled by them. I wouldn't waste my time. 0/0
Met with Eric for a free consult regarding the details of a severance package. As someone who thankfully hasn't needed at lot of legal help and wasn't sure what to expect, I at no time felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of my situation or pressure me in any way. Eric was generous with his time, empathetic, and informative. I would definitely use and recommend Stempien Law again if I need legal advice.
