A solid five stars for this one! If I could give more than five stars, I would. Yesterday, an exterminator working in our crawl space noticed the smell of gas. Huge thanks to him for recognizing it and telling us. It (obviously) could have been a very serious situation. We called another company first, but they wanted to charge a significant amount just to perform a leak test, and they couldn’t even come out until Tuesday ( it’s Saturday now). I had an active leak in some of my interior pipes that I was unable to get another company to take care of quickly. I called Stemmle and they had a team out to my home in about an hour. They called me en route to confirm the details of the job and to try to ensure they had all the needed parts on hand. I received a quote and they performed the work quickly. The on call lady was so rude! She hung up on me and told me not to call the number back. I was just simply asking if they could take my manager‘s card number over the phone. I will be sure to tell every property management company I know not to work with them!
