I had an active leak in some of my interior pipes that I was unable to get another company to take care of quickly. I called Stemmle and they had a team out to my home in about an hour. The on call lady was so rude! She hung up on me and told me not to call the number back. I was just simply asking if they could take my manager‘s card number over the phone. I will be sure to tell every property management company I know not to work with them!
