Hello to all drivers who are here for the first time, first register near the booth, take a photo of the PR code, then drive up to the booth and it gives you a piece of paper and tells you the door number. Park near your door and go to the office and bring in the paper. There they will tell you: after loading, when the light comes on, drive onto the scales, take the receipt and go back to the office. If everything goes according to the scales, give the receipt and get the papers in your hands. That's all

Slowwwwww, inefficient and apathetic. I am so beyond sick of shippers like this. 16+ hours of waiting resulted in being overloaded by almost 2k gross. They asked if we could just burn that off. Um, no. What a way to run a company. To add insult to injury, the women in the shipping dept are unfriendly and dismissive. Trucker's time means nothing to anyone and certainly no one here. Sales, shippers, dispatchers, brokers - they all go home to families and dinner and don't give one crap when they leave us to rot in a shipping do... read more
