发现一家宝藏日式居酒屋 老板是两个日本人 先上的是富士山 Cider 味道闻上去有一种雪山的清凉 喝到嘴里感觉就是富士山上雪化成冰流进嘴里的清甜感 查了一下原来是用富士山的万年水做的 最惊艳的是味增腌渍的黑鳕鱼颈肉 肉质嫩而多汁 甜度咸度刚刚好 然后就是每天限量5份的 Grilled Hokke 体会到日本人下班后一杯小酒一条鱼的惬意 最后是每天限量10份的 Sushi 新鲜的生鱼片配上寿司 已经调好的微微芥末和酱油藏在寿司里 一口下去一切都是刚刚好 配的蒸蛋融合了虾和蘑菇的鲜 这家店真不错 很久没吃到这么惊艳的餐馆了 强推
This place may look unassuming from the outside, but stepping inside instantly transports you straight to Japan. We opted for the mini omakase, and it was an incredible experience—each course was thoughtfully crafted around seasonal ingredients. There’s a real charm to committing to a surprise menu where every dish is a delight. The sashimi was easily the freshest I’ve had in the city, rivaling what you'd get in Tokyo, and the standalone ikura nigiri was simply unbeatable. Thank you for an exceptional meal.
It was my first time visiting, and we had such a great experience! Everything we had from the omakase was delicious. Our server, Eri-san, was wonderful. She is a certified sommelier and chose some great wines that paired really well with the food. She was very knowledgeable about both the food and wine and her service made our evening even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back!
