Truly disappointed for my physical I had with Samantha Pankey PA. Not only did you not lay one finger on me, I had to ask her to look on my back for any suspicious lesions as it is not a place I can see easily. She documented a full head to toe physical, yet did nothing but listen to my lungs and one spot at the front of my chest. She did not ask me if I had any pain yet documented that I denied pain, i have heart issues and wear compression socks for swelling and severe pain. 98% percent of her charting was a completely fal... read more
