Good Company I have been with Stem Brothers for quite a few years now. I get my heating oil from them and sometimes have them clean our furnace. One time my furnace broke down on a Sunday afternoon, someone was out here within about an hour of my call and was able to get me back up and running within a couple of hours! Friendly customer service, too.
DO NOT USE! UNETHICAL COMPANY Do yourself a big favor – DO NOT use Stem Brothers for you heating oil needs. They are an unethical and nasty company. They operate like the mafia. Their terms of payment are completely unreasonable – worse than the worst credit card companies. They expect payment with 14 days of service. Despite being a good customer for over 2 years, they refused to deliver heating oil to me prior to a blizzard because I had a small outstanding balance on my account.
