Services from 2025 Our power washer would failed to start and would not keep running after we finally got it started. Called STEM and they were able to come out within a week. They were on time, the communication was excellent, when the tech arrived he introduced himself, was very careful about where he did the work so is not to impact the environment and provided speedy service. Update 3/4/2025: Shout out to Jake who took care of everything for me. ABS light on my car came on. Received a quote for service and agreed to it. When the car was done I came in to get it and pay, the mechanic advised that he did not need to replace one of the parts that he thought he was going to need and took it off the bill 🙂.
