This developer will cut all corners for commercial development. He does a quick build and even though we continued to sign with him apparently he was making nearby neighbors very upset with things he did as they built. As members of the nearby community we heard a lot of grumbling as we made our residential neighbors to our office mad. He would not communicate with them and seemed unconcerned. We will not be renewing our lease with him when it's up. Very unprofessional.
