Gave the $250 deposit and had a drop off time at 1030am. She was not there. Not sure why my car needed to be dropped off then when she wouldn’t be to the shop for approx 5 hours later. Then she had an issue with my service key to get in at the end of the day. I unlocked the car on the app but she wanted the car inside to work on it.
