Stella's does not follow special instructions. EVEN FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE. I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered on February 21st, two days before her birthday. However, they were delivered on February 17th WTH!!! On a PREVIOUS year. I ordered flowers for my mom with special instructions to deliver before noon. Because the caregiver leaves at noon.
