Unprofessional. I had found her salon on Groupon and called her first thing in the morning to see if she had any day of appointments or following day appointments. She told me to come in at 7 that same day, so I purchased the Groupon which I had told her about on the phone. She calls me at 6:15 as I’m down the street from her salon, doesn’t leave a voicemail so I called her back. I had gone to Stella several times and have taken my daughters to her as well. The last time I went in, I wasn't too happy with the color but figured it is just the process. So this visit, I was more specific about what I wanted and sent her a picture beforehand. It came out nothing like the photo l sent her. Then I felt she was trying to gaslight me saying I didn't communicate it clearly, she didn't think I wanted it light because last time I didn't want it light, and the dark looks better on me with my skin tone anyways.
