My experience was extremely frustrating. I purchased a Groupon for a smog check, and the employee repeatedly told me to reread the coupon, yet he tried to enforce conditions that were not actually stated in the Groupon and fees that did not apply to my situation. The Groupon says the coupon “may not be used the same day of purchase.” It does not say that you have to wait a full 24 hours.
