We purchased 5 Black Comet spectrometers 11 years ago to support the analytical chemistry curriculum at my university. They continue to provide solid results for students. Support from the company for the Python interface that I wrote has been excellent across several years and several versions of drivers.
David Parrino was so great. Worked for hours over a couple of days to resurrect our EPP2000 that we purchased 22 years ago! Now we're back in business. Thanks so much Dave!
I have been using the Silver-Nova spectrometer to great success. The customer service is outstanding for software or hardware needs. They are also great at working with you to meet your system needs. I highly recommend.
