Eli was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about this tow company. They absolutely saved us when our company vehicle got a flat tire on the Florida Turnpike. Being stranded on the side of the road is stressful enough, but the entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They safely towed the vehicle all the way from Orlando to Ocala without any issues, and the communication and service throughout the whole experience were excellent. Stellar Towing & Recovery came to my rescue outside of their normal business hours. Eli provided excellent customer service! He stayed on the phone with me when I felt vulnerable on the lonely Turnpike. Eli effectively guided the service technician, Gustavo, to my location. Gustavo turned out to be amazing! He was patient, kind, provided quality emergency roadside assistance: and got me home safely. Thank you!!
Eli.set it up.and Christopher came and towed my truck. Eli gave me the time and he was right on the money! Christopher was there fast and got my truck where it needed to be quickly. Both were professional and courteous. Best tow experience ever!
