Be aware of what reception books you in for; what cost they quote and what they charge you. We were told a lower quote, booked us for completely wrong service and at consultation Dentist was 45 min late, totally unprofessional; she didn’t consult and address the problem; then said we always have first appointment for 60 min and not sure why reception booked for 30 min; then kept going on and on about everything else…… Dentist repeatedly said we misunderstood and had to confirm that its not misunderstanding; its wrong practic... read more
