Be prepared to be pro active with your prosthetics or shoes. After being fitted for a foot brace, They neglected to contact me for over a month. When I called to inquire regarding my brace that I was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. They blamed my insurance provider. The brace left a Bruce on my ankle and was told to deal with my insurance. Be careful and ask questions.

I came in with an referral to utilize my orthotics benefit before the end of the year. After getting sized, I was told my insurance didn’t cover orthotics. Knowing my coverage, I told them it was covered and mentioned I work for healthcare. Gladys then stated the insurance hung up on the person who called and later said the person who called hung up after waiting too long. Mind you, I was there maybe 10 minutes.
