Be very, very weary of this company. I sold my home in October, and in January, HOA fee's were withdrawn from my checking account without my permission. I made several calls & left voicemails, but no one ever returned my call. Ended up contacting my bank to have this fraudulent activity investigated and to seek a refund. Someone should be prosecuted! Had the pleasure of working with Brian --- and I can not say enough positive things about our experience working with him. Brian and his teams thoroughness, thoughtfulness and attention to detail, including the things we hadnt thought of, were so helpful and made our process simple. 5 stars!

I can only speak for their property management capability. Overall, I would rank them very low as a result of their staff being unable to come up with solutions as well as poor administrative functions for HOA management. Everything becomes a bigger problem than necessary. Additionally, repair maintenance matters only get done after asking 15 times. Many delays with regards to getting items fixed on properties.

I've had the pleasure of working along side of Stellar for 10 years now and cannot say enough great things about both Adam, Ernie and the business they run. Association Management is often a thankless industry with a tremendous amount of turnover, so having the professionalism, consistency, and transparency from both Adam and Ernie has been great to work with over the years.
