Good luck getting anyone to answer your call, return a call, or reply to an email or ever getting money back that they owe you. I’ve been dealing with an issue with them since August when I admit, it was my error that I forgot to turn off my auto draft for my master associate dues and had two additional months drafted. On August 7 Sara told me she could see the extra drafts, she would stop the auto draft, and would refund me.
